Wolfgang used the conversion kit by Tom Nicolay and the photoetch parts by GMM to build this Olympic in the conditions prior to the Titanic disaster. Together with his modelling partner Pierre Petri, he did intensive research on the Olympic to identify the differences to her sister. Wolfgang is a member of the German Titanic Information Centre (TIC) and writes articles about ship modelling for their quarterly magazine "The Navigator".
Actually he is working on a model of the Titanic and a model of the Britannic is already planned.
