Photo of the port side.
the model has a few odds and ends to be fixed and some small
details to also add, such as the boilers and starboard well deck crane
base.
This shows how badly the wreck has changed since 1998, from what Roy
Mengot
said, the entire side of A deck aft of the expansion joint is missing,
this
photo shows how it looks now, just the pillars remain holding the deck,
this
still has to be painted and rusticle covered, sadly the hobby store
doesn't
sell the color rust I need, which is a rust paint made by Foquil model
railroad paints co. That color is what is shown on the entire model.
Here it shows the usual areas, and just as the wreck changes, parts
fall off
or dissappear altogether. The hole on the alcove of the lounge roof
has
gotten larger and the entire outer wall of the port side of A deck aft
of the
expansion joint is gone, with the joists holding up the deck.
This shows the front bow view, the anchors are all there, except for
the
kedge, and some other details, two capstans and the windlassesare also
there,
in front of the hatch, but not in there exact location yet. The winches
on
the sides of the masts have to be added soon.
