The TRMA was the first to find the H&W builder's plaque mounted on a teak
backing board seen on the forward B deckhouse bulkhead. It can be seen here in
the Titanic picture at Southampton. The builder's plaque seen below was owned
by Mark Darrah, and is from a later era. The H&W logo is the newer design.
The Titanic's builder's plaque would have been similar, though a bit smaller.
There were a few of these mounted about the ship, including one in the reciprocating
engine casing.
