Model by Michael R .Spressler
I started building 2 months after my wife and
I saw the movie in Cape May, New Jersey., and I just completed it on July
11th at 2:20 p.m., It was a very happy moment for me, a huge sense of
accomplishment!! After all... I worked on this ship at least 4 hours per
night for 1 year and 7 months, I thought of nothing but Titanic and my wife
can vouch for that!!the following are some photos I've taken of my
ship,. The model is lighted, I used 2 "Aura Light bars " I purchased in "Home
Depot's light dept,. They claim to have 40'000 hours average light life!!,
and plug into any wall outlet, they are mounted inside the ships hull. The
ship itself is mounted on a handmade solid oak base,. with an all glass cover
with copper edging it's really something to see and I want to share it with
you and the world for all to enjoy!!
