I'm a Registered Nurse, and have been for 30 years - work for the State of Michigan, Medicaid Fraud Unit for the last 19years. Started my ocean liner interest in 1953 after seeing the movie "Titanic" and been a member of the Titanic Historical Society since 1967 and held an Officer's postion and now currently holding a postion on the Advisory Board.

Why I like ocean liner models:

Actually, I can't say that I find building ocean liner models relaxing or stress reducing. It's the only way I can get models of the ships that are affordable. I'm currently working on the 1/144 Hahn-Reed model
