Morten Jensen's 1:350 Scale Titanic |
I am Morten Jensen, seventeen yars old from norway.
I think I have been interrested in Titanic since I was around seven years old.
I don't know how it started, but when James Camerons movie came out, I started
to get more seriously interested in Titanic and her story. I got my first model
when I was eleven, and I think it looked great, but time went by and I realised
that it was a tragedy...
The pictures are of my latest model in a series of six (!), and I am really
happy with it. It is a Minicraft Deluxe 1/350 with extra brassparts from Tom's
Modelworks. The construction took just a bit over six weeks, and the support
is scratchbuilt in mahogny. I used the original sign and plastic supports.
