Update added February 23rd, 2003
As some of you might have read on the message board the model's completion date has been delayed as it is not clear yet where the model will be going to once its finished. In the meantime I have been working on other projects but these are finished now, so for me its back to the Titanic.
Not much has happened since the lst update but I thought that it was time to post another one anyway.
The 1st class entrance and entrance to the gymnasium on
boat deck. We ommitted the handrails
where they were left out on the real ship, as far as this can be ascertained.
The large fans still have to be added. They will be a struggle
to make and
that is why I'm constantly pushing them away.
The bridge wheels still have to be added but since this picture was taken the telegraph levers have been made.
The docking bridge. Note the angled stanchions.
The handrails of the stairways are now finished too.
