If you look at the foward well deck, there is a ladder right below the 3rd class gate seperating B deck (1st class) from steerage. The ladder is easily seen in GotA as the Mir 2 passes over the area of the wreck, though the rusticles make it difficult to make out, but there is a ladder there.
