I have been a hugh Titanic fan ever since my Father told me the story of her as a kid. and why back in the 80's after seeing a movie called Raise the Titanic I wanted a model of the one that was in the film. I saved and purchased the old Revel kit. (remember I was still a kid yet) and started cutting and glueing away on it. I had intended the model for my fish tank. Well soon after starting the model was placed in the back of the utility room and forgotten. Then a while back here my Mom was cleaning the basement of her home and she found the kit, and asked me if I wanted it. or should she toss it? I retrieved the kit, and decided to try to finish what I had started so many years back. Now with the photo-etched brass sets I was anle to start doing the railing the way I wantd the ship to look years ago. these are some photos of the model as it now sits waiting to be finished.
