are the TRMA meetings?

Generally, the meetings are held sometime during May-July depending on availability
of the hotel where we hold the meetings. We try to get things set up early
enough so we can give everyone decent notice of the current years time. We
usually announce it at the beginning of the year to give everyone ample time
to prepare for it.
