The hull shows all the details like the steel plates, portholes, doors and many more. Everything fits 100% to the HAHN'S TITANIC PLANS. The hull comes with a brass stern stem and two separate propeller wings for the outer propellers. Brass tubes for the drive shafts are already casted into the wings. The steel plates are shown on the wings as well.

The wall thickness of the hull is thick enough to make it very stiff and stable. No inner frames are required, so there is plenty space inside for radio control, electric or steam engines and big batteries. With a total required weight of 20 - 25 kg (44-55 lbs.) to bring the hull to the waterline, big and heavy batteries can be used and many extra functions can be realized.

Fiber glas hull (more items listed below)

The propeller wings have the drive shafts already installed in the wings.

Well, thats the fun part. Once you get all of the pieces together, it's all an uphill battle from there. We do recomend that you have some scratchbuilbing experience befor tackling this project. Since only a small portion of the ship parts are actually provided, you will need to produce the rest of the ship yourself. Although there are a lot of parts being made all the time for this kit, there is no guarantee that the parts you are looking for wil be mass produced in the near future. The best way to see major parts produced for the kit is to speak up and let the creators of this great ship that you would like to see them made. Chances are, there are more people out there that would like to see the same pieces made. For this, you can use the TRMA forum.

There isn't much photo reference of assembled 1/144 models to go by that use this same kit, but we do recomend that you check out Ray Lepiens semi-kit model. We are keeping a close eye on this one. He has been kind enough to send us regular updates on his model with photos. Ray would be happy to answer any questions you have about this kit. You can do this by going to the TRMA forum and posting a question for him. He will probably respond very quickly. There are also others on the board that will help you out as well.

MORE INFORMATION WILL FOLLOW FOR THIS SECTION...
