My Name is Ed Taylor and I have been building models for a little over fifteen years. I wanted to do a little something different so I decided to build a small scale Titanic. My main focous for this model was for representation as opposed to scale accuracy. The kit is from the Revell Miniships line and was originaly going to be built straight from the box however,after looking at some of the parts I decided to make a few changes and add fiber optics which I feel would enhance the overall look of the model. The model is in 1/1200 scale and in November 2003 the model won a silver medal at a local model contest. I still plan to add some basic rigging and minor details.
